Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
1. “All Sales Final” After Delivery
The most common policy is:

All sales final once the cart leaves the dealership

No returns after delivery or pickup

No “buyer’s remorse” returns
Once:

The cart is delivered

The title/MSO paperwork is completed

The customer takes possession the transaction is final.
2. Limited 24–72 Hour Cancellation (Before Delivery Only)
Some dealers offer:

24–72 hour cancellation window

Only before delivery

Only if paperwork hasn’t been processed

Often subject to a processing fee

3. Non-Refundable Deposits
For:

Special orders

Custom builds

Lift kits, wheels, custom seats

Factory orders
Deposits are always:

Non-refundable once the order is placed with the manufacturer “Deposits are non-refundable on ordered or customized units.”
4. Restocking Fees
In rare cases where a dealer allows returns, the charges are as follows:

25% restocking fee

Reconditioning fee if the cart has been used

Deduction for mileage

5. Warranty vs. Refund
Most dealers separate refunds from warranty issues:

Mechanical problems are handled under manufacturer warranty.

Defects are repaired, not refunded.

Refunds are not given for warranty-covered issues.

6. Financing Complications
If financing is finalized:

The sale is considered final.
